In my trainings participants can experiment with new things in a safe environment and gain experience, which they would otherwise not, because of the fear and the risk. A dose of fun and a positive experience play the most important role. The important concept is that failing is not a bad thing.
Failing can even be fun.
With this feeling you can actualize ideas and projects which were never applied, because of the fear of failing. Fear blocks learning and creative thinking. Provocatively said, the one who takes failing as something fun, will be much more effective and unconstrained when handling a problem and finding a constructive solution.
I focus on practical experience, because I am convinced that a theory can only be implemented and understood through experience.
